EllaBop exists because girls who love jazz deserve a place where that love is met, matched, and celebrated. We build community, create opportunity, and make space for girls and young women in St. Louis to explore this music together — where they are seen, heard, and never overlooked.
Mission & Vision
EllaBop’s flagship program, the EllaBop Fellowship, is designed to empower girls in jazz through community, mentorship, and real-world musical experiences. Fellows build confidence, develop their skills, and connect with like-minded peers in a supportive, all-girls environment, gaining tools they can take back into their school band programs and beyond. As EllaBop continues to grow, additional programs and opportunities will expand this mission and deepen its impact.
